Jake Maher is the founder and director of JM Glassworks, with a background spanning over ten years in the construction and building design industries.
Today, he leads JM Glassworks with a focus on modernizing the business and continually improving performance, driving progression built on reliable delivery and compliance, and better outcomes for how projects are delivered.
Growing up around the window and door industry, Jake has worked every role within the business, giving him a deep, hands-on understanding of the trade.
James Dennett
James Dennett brings twenty years of experience in the window and door industry to his role as project manager and estimator at JM Glassworks.
With deep commercial sector knowledge and a sharp eye for technical detail, James leads projects and tenders with a strong focus on compliance and deliverability.
Alan Wilkinson
Alan Wilkinson is JM Glassworks’ senior salesperson, bringing over forty years of experience in the window and door industry, with a strong focus on the residential sector.
With deep technical product knowledge, Alan is relationship and communication driven, offering clients well-founded, expert advice every step of the way.

Matt Johnson is JM Glassworks’ site supervisor overseeing project delivery, bringing over ten years of experience in the window and door industry.
